The website is owned and operated by Pretty Unruly LLC, an Idaho limited liability company (“Pretty Unruly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using this website, making a purchase, or otherwise interacting with features offered through the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND WEBSITE USE

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, submit a party-planning inquiry, enter into an agreement with Pretty Unruly, or otherwise transact with us.

Pretty Unruly is an adult-focused brand. Certain content and products may be intended for adults age 18 or older or for adults of legal drinking age and will be identified where appropriate.

Pretty Unruly may provide party-planning or event services for events involving minors; however, the person engaging Pretty Unruly as the client must be an adult legally capable of entering into the applicable agreement.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Violate applicable law or regulation

  • Infringe the rights of Pretty Unruly or any third party

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems

  • Introduce malicious code, viruses, or other harmful technology

  • Scrape, copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without authorization

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website

  • Misuse checkout, payment, inquiry, or other website systems

  • Guides and planning materials

  • Other original Pretty Unruly materials

Your purchase or use of Pretty Unruly content does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, modify, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from protected Pretty Unruly materials except with our prior written permission or as otherwise permitted by law.

Basically: please don't steal our shit.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe products offered through our website.

However, colors, dimensions, packaging, materials, appearance, and other characteristics may vary slightly from what appears on your screen or in photographs. Some products may also have reasonable variations resulting from manufacturing, printing, or fulfillment processes.

Product availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products

  • Limit quantities

  • Correct errors or inaccuracies

  • Cancel or refuse orders where reasonably necessary

  • Update product descriptions or pricing

If we discover a material pricing or product-information error after you place an order, we may contact you regarding available options or cancel and refund the affected order as appropriate.

Certain products may be designated for adults only. Please follow any age, use, or safety information appearing on the applicable product page or packaging.

Any drinking-related game mechanic, prompt, suggestion, or content is optional. Pretty Unruly does not require or encourage unsafe or excessive alcohol consumption.

4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Certain Pretty Unruly products may be delivered digitally.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, digital products are provided for the purchaser's personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

  • Resell digital products

  • Redistribute files

  • Upload purchased files for public access

  • Share files for others to reproduce or sell

  • Use Pretty Unruly digital products to create products for resale

  • Claim Pretty Unruly materials as your own

Specific license terms included with a digital product will control if they differ from this section.

Because digital products cannot generally be physically returned once delivered, downloaded, or accessed, refunds may be limited as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy and as required by applicable law.

5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

When purchasing through our website, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing, shipping, and contact information.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs-related charges collected by us, and other applicable fees will be displayed or calculated as appropriate during checkout.

Payments are processed through payment-processing services made available through our website or other authorized Pretty Unruly payment channels. Available payment methods may vary by transaction and location.

Payment information is processed by the applicable payment provider and may be subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices. Pretty Unruly does not directly store complete payment card numbers when they are handled by our payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including because of suspected fraud, payment problems, product availability, incorrect pricing, shipping limitations, or other legitimate business reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled portion.

6. SHIPPING, FULFILLMENT, AND DELIVERY

Available shipping destinations are displayed at checkout and may change as Pretty Unruly expands or modifies its shipping services.

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Certain Pretty Unruly products may be manufactured, printed, packaged, or shipped by third-party production or fulfillment partners. As a result:

  • Items within the same order may arrive in separate packages

  • Products may ship from different locations

  • Packaging may vary

  • Production and delivery timelines may differ between products

Pretty Unruly remains responsible for customer-service matters relating to purchases made directly through our website in accordance with our posted policies.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Additional shipping or replacement charges may apply when an order must be reshipped because incorrect or incomplete information was provided, subject to applicable law.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather, transportation disruptions, or other external events.

International Orders

Where international shipping is offered, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, GST, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless those amounts are expressly collected at checkout or otherwise stated.

International delivery estimates may be affected by customs processing and other circumstances outside Pretty Unruly's control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of a customer's jurisdiction and cannot legally be waived.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns, exchanges, refunds, damaged orders, and product-order cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. PARTY PLANNING AND EVENT SERVICES

Information about Pretty Unruly's party-planning, event-styling, event-support, rental, or related services displayed on the website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes.

Submitting an inquiry, request, or contact form does not create a client relationship, reserve a date, guarantee availability, or obligate Pretty Unruly to provide services.

A service engagement becomes effective only when the applicable Client Services Agreement and Statement of Work have been accepted and any required payment has been received as specified in those documents.

The applicable Client Services Agreement and Statement of Work govern service scope, deliverables, pricing, payments, deadlines, vendor responsibilities, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, event responsibilities, and other engagement-specific matters.

If those documents conflict with these general website Terms regarding a specific service engagement, the applicable Client Services Agreement and Statement of Work control.

9. THIRD-PARTY VENDORS AND SERVICES

Pretty Unruly may use, recommend, coordinate with, link to, or provide information about third-party manufacturers, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, venues, vendors, websites, products, or services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, third parties are independent from Pretty Unruly.

We do not control their independent operations and cannot guarantee their availability, pricing, performance, conduct, products, services, policies, or results.

Any agreement entered directly between you and a third party is between you and that third party.

10. CONCEPT IMAGERY AND CREATIVE MATERIALS

Pretty Unruly may use mood boards, mockups, renderings, reference imagery, AI-assisted imagery, digital visualizations, samples, or other creative tools to communicate party concepts and creative direction.

These materials illustrate an overall concept or aesthetic and are not guarantees of exact final results.

Actual products, colors, flowers, décor, layouts, venues, materials, availability, lighting, and other details may differ from concept imagery.

Specific creative deliverables provided as part of a paid service are governed by the applicable Client Services Agreement and Statement of Work.

11. USER SUBMISSIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS

If you send us an inquiry, message, review, testimonial, suggestion, photograph, inspiration image, or other material, you represent that you have the right to provide that material and that doing so does not violate another person's rights.

You permit Pretty Unruly to use materials you submit as reasonably necessary to respond to you, process an order, provide requested services, or operate our business.

Sending us an idea or suggestion does not automatically create a confidential, fiduciary, partnership, employment, or other special relationship.

We will not publicly use identifiable customer or guest photographs or similar promotional material in a manner requiring permission without obtaining appropriate authorization.

12. EMAIL MARKETING — THE GROUP CHAT

If you voluntarily subscribe to The Group Chat, you may receive Pretty Unruly marketing communications, including business updates, party ideas, promotions, product announcements, and new releases.

Joining The Group Chat is not required to purchase a product or request services.

You may unsubscribe using the unsubscribe method provided in our marketing communications.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not prevent Pretty Unruly from sending transactional or service-related communications necessary to fulfill an order, respond to an inquiry, administer an agreement, or provide requested services.

13. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may contain links to websites, retailers, social-media platforms, or services operated by third parties.

Those websites and services are outside our control. Pretty Unruly is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, privacy practices, terms, pricing, shipping, returns, or other practices.

Accessing or purchasing from a third-party website is at your discretion and subject to that third party's policies.

If Pretty Unruly later uses affiliate links or other compensated links, appropriate disclosures will be provided where required.

14. WEBSITE DISCLAIMER

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every piece of information will always be complete, current, error-free, or uninterrupted.

The website and general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Party ideas, menus, cocktail concepts, decorating ideas, guides, articles, tips, and similar website content are provided for general information and inspiration. They are not legal, medical, financial, food-safety, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for appropriately using any ideas and for complying with applicable laws, venue requirements, permits, food-allergy or dietary considerations, guest supervision requirements, and other circumstances relevant to your event.

Content involving alcohol is intended only for adults of legal drinking age. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pretty Unruly LLC and its owners, representatives, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the website or website-based products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Liability relating specifically to party-planning or event services is governed by the applicable Client Services Agreement and Statement of Work.

16. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pretty Unruly LLC and its owners, representatives, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

This section does not require indemnification to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

17. PRIVACY

Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information may be collected, used, disclosed, and protected.

18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our business, website, products, services, technology, fulfillment methods, or legal requirements.

The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Orders will generally be governed by the Terms in effect at the time the order was placed, subject to applicable law.

Disputes regarding a specific party-planning or event-services engagement may also be governed by provisions contained in the applicable Client Services Agreement.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

21. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and any policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and Pretty Unruly regarding general use of the website and website purchases.

Separate written agreements govern Pretty Unruly service engagements.
